Considering the current circumstances, it certainly was not the easiest of times to start out in higher education. Therefore, we’d like to find out what the first semester was like for the students and what experiences they had.
In the “ENTRANTS” project, we have set ourselves the goal of improving the information offered to students at higher education institutions and thus increasing students’ sense of belonging.
In order to be able to develop and implement materials and offers in a meaningful and targeted manner, we would like to find out more about first semester students’ experience and are therefore looking forward to a lively participation in our survey.
The survey is carried out across Europe to find out more about students’ experiences during their first semester at university in order to improve support for beginner students.
The findings and conclusions will be used to plan the next phases of the project, which would help to build a more inclusive learning environment and promote frameworks that can be easily adapted by other HEIs, also leading to the elimination of social barriers that also influence the stigmatisation of people with fewer privileges and opportunities.
The survey is fully anonymous and should take about 15 minutes to complete. We will not be able to link your answers with your Email/IP addresses or other identifiers. All information is treated with strict confidentiality and is not passed on to third parties.
